This statement applies to ICEBRG’s interactions with you through this website (“Website”), at events and conference, sales and marketing, and/or if you use any of our products, services or applications (including a proof of concept) in any manner (“Services”). Websites, Services and related software are offered to, and designed primarily for use by organizations.

DATA ICEBRG COLLECTS

DATA YOU PROVIDE TO US

When you use this Website: ICEBRG may collect any personal data that you choose to send to us or provide to us, for example, on our “Request a Demo” (or similar) online form, apply for a job under careers, or if you register for an ICEBRG webinar. Personal data may include name, email address, phone number, company, your contact preferences, and anything you voluntarily include the message box. If you contact ICEBRG, we will keep a record of our correspondence.

When you use the Services: ICEBRG receives and stores information you provide directly to us. For example, when setting up new users, we collect personal data, such as name and email address, to provide them with Services. The types of information we may collect directly from our customers (organizations) and their users include: names, usernames, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, job titles, organizational name, transactional information (including Services purchased), as well as any other contact or other information they choose to provide us or upload to our systems in connection with the Services.

Organizations using ICEBRG Services who elect features, such as those that capture a complete packet from a selective packet capture, additional personal data will be collected, processed, and stored as a result. Data types includes in the selective packet capture depend on data provided by the organization.

DATA ICEBRG AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTS

When you use the Website: When you visit the Website, ICEBRG collects certain information related to your device, such as your device’s IP address, referring website, what pages your device visited, and the time that your device visited our Website and for what duration. We may utilize automated tools and files such as “cookies.” These automated tools and files may reside on our servers or on your computer or device. If you restrict our ability to use automated tools and files, your ability to access and use all or part of the Website may be limited or disabled completely. When you use the Services: By nature of Service provided, the ICEBRG Software as a Service (SaaS) automatically generates de-identified usage data based on Customer’s use of the Services (“Usage Data”). Usage Data is used by ICEBRG to manage and maintain the quality of the service. Usage Data is defined as the de-identified, anonymized, and aggregated data collected by ICEBRG from Customer’s use of the ICEBRG SaaS service.  Usage Data shall be deemed property of ICEBRG and is not considered Customer’s data.

HOW ICEBRG USES & DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you use the Website and when you use the Services: ICEBRG uses your personally identifiable information primarily to provide you with the Website and to provide customized content on the Website that may be of interest to you. The information is also used to verify your authority to access the Website and to contact you when reasonably necessary. ICEBRG may also use any information you have provided as reasonably necessary to administer or provide customer support for the Website and Services, and to provide you with periodic printed or e-mail communications about new products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events.

ICEBRG may disclose your personal data to third parties from time to time in our sole discretion. For this reason, you should not disclose information to ICEBRG that you do not want shared with third parties. When you use the Website: ICEBRG may make available chat rooms, forums, message boards, and other interactive features. You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (e.g. user name, e-mail address) via forums, postings, profiles or other areas of the Website, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in your communication, can be collected, correlated and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or third parties. When you use the Services: If you would like to view, correct, delete, or export personal data that you have submitted through the Services, please contact your organization’s Services administrator (your data controller) to make your request. ICEBRG is a data a processor for all Services. Please read Notice to End User below.

SECURITY

ICEBRG is committed to protecting the security of your personal data. We use technical and organizational measures (TOMs) to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal data you provide on computer systems that have limited access and are in controlled facilities. Please note that ICEBRG cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.

STORAGE

ICEBRG transfers data from the point of collection to ICEBRG data centers in the United States where the data is processed and stored.

RETENTION

ICEBRG retains personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and Website and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other legitimate purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Because these needs can vary for different data types, the context of our interactions with you or your use of Services and Website, actual retention periods may vary.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information relating to children. In the event that we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age without prior parental consent, we will take steps to promptly delete such information. The Website is hosted in the United States.
